 HB941  An act to amend section 49-27-37, Mississippi Code of 1972, to increase to ninety days the amount of time for which an applicant can request for an extension for a coastal wetlands permit to the Mississippi Commission on Marine Resources; and for related purposes.
HB1485 An act making appropriation for the support and maintenance of the Department of Marine Resources for the fiscal year 2015.
 SB2068 An act to allow restaurants to prepare and serve recreationally caught marine finfish to the person who caught the finfish; and for related purposes.
 SB2579 An act to create the Department of Marine Resources Accountability and Reorganization Act; to amend section 49-15-11, Mississippi Code of 1972, to provide for the reorganization of the Department of Marine Resources; to create certain offices within the department; to provide qualifications for certain agency personnel; to exempt personnel actions for six months from the State Personnel Board to provide for an effective and timely reorganization; to require an annual audit of the Department of Marine Resources; and for related purposes.

HB879 An act to amend section 49-15-27, Mississippi Code of 1972, to revise the authority of the Mississippi Commission on Marine Resources to lease bottoms for oyster cultivation; to increase from 100 to 500 acres, the maximum acreage of bottoms allowed to be leased by any individual, corporation, partnership or association; to increase lease terms from one year to five years and provide for additional five-year renewal leases; to remove the total limitation of number of years for renewal; and for related purposes.
SB2516 An act to authorize the Commission on Marine Resources to suspend the license of a person for being out of compliance with an order for support; to revoke the license of a person violating seafood laws, failing to comply with a summons or failing to pay a fine; and for related purposes.
HB1545 An act making an appropriation for the support and maintenance of the Department of Marine Resources for the fiscal year 2016.
