The applicant is proposing to construct an access pier over vegetation measuring 27 feet by 4 feet, an access pier over unvegetated water bottoms measuring 80 feet by 4 feet, and a pier measuring 20 feet by 10 feet on Beach Boulevard in Pascagoula, Jackson County, MS.
