Chief Seven, LLC has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
The applicant is proposing to impact an additional 3.11 acres of non-tidal wetland fill on an automobile dealership project that has been approved previously in 2019 for 8.97 acres of non-tidal wetland fill.
