The City of Biloxi has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
The applicant is proposing maintenance dredge approximately 57,000 cubic yards of unvegetated waterbottoms within Biloxi Point Cadet Marina, Harrison County, Mississippi. The full application and project details can be viewed using the link below.
