Application by City of Biloxi to replace a bridge over Howard Creek on Old Hwy 67, Harrison Co

The City of Biloxi has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.

The applicant is proposing to requesting to replace the existing bridge over Howard Creek with a new bridge measuring 120 feet in length by 48 feet in width along with permanent fill of 0.045 acre of non-tidal wetlands and temporary impact of clearing approximately 0.15 acre of non-tidal wetlands on Old Hwy 67 in Biloxi, Harrison County, MS.
