Grantman MS, LLC has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
The applicant is proposing to permanently fill 26.79 acres of non-tidal wetlands and 0.20 acres of other waters, including 84 linear feet of intermittent stream for the construction of a single-family residential subdivision on Eglin Road, St. Martin, Jackson County, MS. A portion of the project has already been determined to be consistent with the Coastal Program as of January 16, 2025. The updated project diagrams showing the full proposed impacts described above are linked below.
