Harrison County Board of Supervisors has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
The applicant is proposing to place approximately 0.02 acres of fill in coastal wetlands for the construction of beach‑access stairs associated with the Harrison County Concrete Boardwalk project along Highway 90 between Rodenberg Avenue and St. Jude Street in Biloxi, Harrison County, MS.
