Jesse Lee has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
The applicant is proposing to construct a 76-foot bulkhead, excavate two 12 by 28-foot-wide boat ramps, and fill 0.26 acres of non-tidal wetlands for the construction of residential homes on a manmade canal off Bayou LaCroix, on 11th Avenue, Bay St. Louis, Hancock County, MS.
