The applicant is requesting after-the-fact approval for a boathouse 26 feet in length and 14 feet in width, to reconstruct a pier 46 feet in length and 8 feet in width, and reconstruct 76 feet of bulkhead at his property on Youngswood Loop in Pass Christian, Harrison County, MS.
