Mr. Keith Picou has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
The applicant is proposing to extend existing structures with the construction of a boathouse 32 feet in length and 22 feet in width, a pier 30 feet in length and 12 feet in width, and a pier 24 feet in length and 6 feet in width for a total of 2,936 square feet of structures for private use on the MS Sound on North Beach Blvd in Bay St. Louis, Hancock County, MS.
