Little Bluff LLC has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
The applicant is proposing to fill 3.76 acres of non-tidal wetlands and temporarily impact 0.7 acres of non-tidal wetlands to construct a 55-unit single-family residential subdivision located adjacent to Landon Road, Section 18, T7S, R11W, Harrison County, Mississippi.
