Application by Martin Wagoner to install a breakwater, place fill, and plant native vegetation as a living shoreline near Shearwater Dr, Ocean Springs, Jackson Co

Mr. Martin Wagoner has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.

The applicant is proposing to install a 266-foot breakwater and place 535 cubic yards of sediment for the planting of 8,500 square feet of native marsh vegetation to create a living shoreline on Shearwater Drive in Ocean Springs, Jackson County, MS. View the full application at the link(s) below.
