Moran Timber Farms, LLC has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
The applicant is proposing to permanently fill 66.15 acres of non-tidal wetlands for the construction of 238 single family residential lots and 22 apartment buildings and culvert 162.89 linear feet of stream for road crossings.
