Mr. Craig Bordelon has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
The applicant is proposing to impact 0.133 acre of non-tidal wetlands for a water feature, to fill 0.042 acre of non-tidal wetlands for a berm, after-the-fact certification for fill of 0.055 acre of non-tidal wetlands for construction of a residence, and to restore 0.107 acre of non-tidal wetlands that were filled without authorization on North Beach Blvd in Bay St. Louis, Hancock County, MS.
