Rick Myers has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
The applicant is proposing to construct a 280 feet long and 5 feet wide access pier, a 20 feet long and 20 feet wide pier, two 24 feet long and 18 feet wide boathouses, and a 15 feet long and 4 feet wide pier on the Mississippi Sound near Ladnier Rd, Gautier, Jackson County, Mississippi.
