Structures of Diamondhead, LLC has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
The applicant is proposing to fill approximately approximately 86 linear feet of intermittent stream and approximately 50 linear feet of ephemeral stream. Additionally, the project will require the relocation of approximately 48 linear feet of ephemeral stream to expand The Preserve subdivision on Diamondhead Drive West, Parcel #067K-2-36-156.000 in Diamondhead, Mississippi.
