Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
The applicant is proposing to construct four mooring dolphins for a barge staging area near the south end of the Port Bienville Canal at Port Bienville Industrial Park in Hancock County, Mississippi. The full application can be viewed using the link below.
