RW Development, LLC has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
The applicant is proposing to construct a concrete walkway 200 feet in length over sand to connect the existing boardwalk to the proposed piers, pier 318 feet in length by 12 feet in width, covered pier 21 feet in length by 22 feet in width, terminal pier 15 feet in length by 42 feet in width, and removal of debris in the form of the existing derelict pier/pilings at Veterans Ave, MS Sound, Biloxi, Harrison County, MS.
