BILOXI, Miss. – The final meeting of the Governor’s Oyster Council on Restoration and Resiliency will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2015. The meeting will be held in the auditorium of the Bolton Building, 1141 Bayview Avenue, Biloxi.
The chairmen of the three committees will present their final recommendations for the report that will be delivered to Gov. Phil Bryant in early June.
The Mississippi Department of Marine Resources is dedicated to enhancing, protecting and conserving marine interests of the state by managing all marine life, public trust wetlands, adjacent uplands and waterfront areas to provide for the optimal commercial, recreational, educational and economic uses of these resources consistent with environmental concerns and social changes.
