Interior portions of Cat Island closed to the public September 22

Interior portions of Cat Island will be closed to the public Thursday, Sept. 22, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. MDMR’s Coastal Preserves staff will be in the interior of Cat Island assisting the U.S. Forest Service with collecting seeds and samples from pine trees.
