NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service has filed notice of a proposed interim action which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
The proposal is an interim action to the Fishery Management Plan for Reef Fish Resources in the Gulf of Mexico to reduce overfishing of gag in the Gulf of Mexico. View the full proposal by following the links below.
