Proposal by Shell Offshore Inc. to install a subsea flowline and allow future well work in the Gulf of Mexico

Shell Offshore Inc. has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state’s approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act.

The applicant is proposing to install a new subsea flowline with associated jumpers and allow future well work for the Vito deepwater oilfield. The proposed project will take place in Mississippi Canyon Blocks 939, 940, 941, and 984 in the Gulf of Mexico. View the full application at the link(s) below.
