DFA Implements Security Changes at Bolton Building

BILOXI, Miss. – Beginning Friday afternoon, members of the general public who come to the Bolton Building must enter through the front lobby on the first floor, sign in and get a visitors’ badge.

 

The change is part of a new security system implemented by the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration.

 

Members of the public who need a fishing license from the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources will be directed to the second floor.

 

The Mississippi Department of Marine Resources is dedicated to enhancing, protecting and conserving marine interests of the state by managing all marine life, public trust wetlands, adjacent uplands and waterfront areas to provide for the optimal commercial, recreational, educational and economic uses of these resources consistent with environmental concerns and social changes.
