BILOXI, Miss. – The Mississippi Department of Marine Resources certified a state fishing record for the month of November.
Mark Kleinpeter of Ocean Springs set the all tackle record using a spear for Dog Snapper (Lutjanus jocu) with a fish weighing 24 pounds, 2.4 ounces.
