BILOXI, Miss. –The Mississippi Department of Marine Resources certified an all tackle state saltwater fishing record for the month of May.
Using a spear, Darin Grant of Mobile, Ala., set the record for Red Grouper (Epinephelus morio) with a fish weighing 27 pounds, .32 ounces.
