BILOXI, Miss. – The Mississippi Department of Marine Resources certified a youth division state fishing record this month for Rodie Armes,12, of Pass Christian. Armes set the record for Blacktip Shark (Carcharhinus limbatus) using conventional tackle with a fish weighing 58 pounds, 6.4 ounces.
