Order Reopening Area V “C” Approved Waters to the Harvest of Off-Bottom Oyster Aquaculture

In compliance with Administrative Law Title 22, Part 1, the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources, through the Office of Marine Fisheries, herby orders that the following area will reopen to the harvest of oysters effective immediately. Area V “C” Approved – This area includes the Oyster Aquaculture Park South of Deer Island.
